- Leading long-term resource planning

- Directing and managing the distribution planning efforts for the FPL area
- Communicating with customers to identify needs and requirements
- Developing solutions based on evaluations of distribution designs and specifications
- Formulating strategies related to emerging technology initiatives
- Directing and managing the integration of distributed energy resources into FPL's distribution grid
Requirements
- Bachelor's – Engineering
- Experience: 9+ years
- Supervisor/Management Experience: 5+ years
- Master's – Engineering (Preferred)
- Certified Professional Engineer (PE) (Preferred)
- Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (Preferred)
