About the role
- Build and scale our go-to-market machine
- Automate and optimize sales and marketing processes
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Design and implement GTM strategy for SaaS
- Build automation pipelines (lead generation → qualification → nurture → conversion)
- Implement, manage, and optimize marketing & sales technologies (e.g., CRM, sales engagement tools)
- Set up tracking, attribution, and KPI dashboards for performance measurement
- Identify, prioritize, and execute growth levers
- Collaborate with Sales to improve lead follow-up, scoring, and close rates
- Lead cross-functional projects with Product & Customer Success to improve activation & retention
Requirements
- Proven experience building GTM processes in SaaS environments
- Deep understanding of marketing automation & performance channels
- Experience with relevant tools/stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier)
- Analytical thinker with a data-driven approach
- Strong process and project management skills
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Very good German skills (at least C1)
