About the role
- Close collaboration with the founding team on strategic and operational finance topics
- Active contribution to financials, reports and investor materials
- Support in building an investor-ready numbers and KPI setup
- Analysis and preparation of SaaS metrics (MRR, ARR, Churn, CAC, LTV, Burn, Runway, cohort analyses)
- Support in financial modeling (forecasts, scenarios, budget planning)
- Preparation and maintenance of investor-readiness materials (pitch decks, KPI sheets, data rooms, reporting structures)
- Market, competitor and benchmark analyses (SaaS, audit/QM, GRC)
- Support on strategic projects (pricing, GTM, expansion, tooling)
- Operational support in the founders' day-to-day activities
Requirements
- Currently enrolled student (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Data or similar)
- Strong analytical and numbers-driven mindset
- Confident user of Excel / Google Sheets (formulas, models, clean structure)
- Interest in startups, SaaS, VC, fundraising and company building
- High initiative, reliability and ownership
- Very good German (C2) and good English skills
- Availability of 15–20 hours per week
