About the role

  • Build and scale our go-to-market engine
  • Automate and optimize sales and marketing processes
  • Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product
  • Design and implement the GTM strategy for SaaS
  • Build automation pipelines (lead generation → qualification → nurture → conversion)
  • Implement, maintain, and optimize marketing and sales technologies (e.g., CRM, sales engagement tools)
  • Set up tracking, attribution, and KPI dashboards for performance measurement
  • Identify, prioritize, and execute growth levers
  • Work with Sales to improve lead follow-up, scoring, and close rates
  • Lead cross-functional projects with Product & Customer Success to improve activation and retention

Requirements

  • Proven experience building GTM processes in SaaS environments
  • Deep understanding of marketing automation and performance channels
  • Experience with relevant tools/stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, etc.)
  • Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach
  • Strong process and project management skills
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality
  • Excellent German skills (at least C1)
  • Passion for digital products that are not only 'pretty' but operationally relevant
