About the role
- Build and scale our go-to-market engine
- Automate and optimize sales and marketing processes
- Close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Product
- Design and implement the GTM strategy for SaaS
- Build automation pipelines (lead generation → qualification → nurture → conversion)
- Implement, maintain, and optimize marketing and sales technologies (e.g., CRM, sales engagement tools)
- Set up tracking, attribution, and KPI dashboards for performance measurement
- Identify, prioritize, and execute growth levers
- Work with Sales to improve lead follow-up, scoring, and close rates
- Lead cross-functional projects with Product & Customer Success to improve activation and retention
Requirements
- Proven experience building GTM processes in SaaS environments
- Deep understanding of marketing automation and performance channels
- Experience with relevant tools/stacks (e.g., HubSpot, Zapier, etc.)
- Analytical thinking and a data-driven approach
- Strong process and project management skills
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
- Excellent German skills (at least C1)
- Passion for digital products that are not only 'pretty' but operationally relevant
