Business Development Rep

• Generate qualified pipeline that turns into bookings across Europe and other international markets.
• Make a minimum of 30 outbound touches (phone calls and emails) every day to identify and engage new prospects.
• Prospect enterprise and strategic accounts: breweries and beverage producers, distributors, retail and hospitality groups, and industry organizations.
• Run a disciplined, consultative outbound motion to open conversations, get past objections, and earn meetings with senior decision-makers.
• Own and manage your pipeline from first touch through qualified opportunity, and keep every record accurate and current in our CRM (Salesforce).
• Track your own numbers daily and manage yourself against them without anyone having to ask.
