• Drive strategic HR-related planning, coaching, employee development, compliance, and performance management for represented and non-represented workforce.

Software Engineer

• Maintain and troubleshoot broadcast and IT systems, including studio and control room automation, newsroom systems, cameras, audio equipment, and streaming encoders
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot IP-based networking for servers and broadcast infrastructure
• Diagnose signal flow and data flow issues using schematics and system documentation
• Support remote broadcast feeds and streaming workflows
