About the role
- Overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
- Monitoring cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and variances, providing insights to leadership.
- Supporting audits, tax filings, and liaising with external financial partners.
- Implementing and improving financial processes, controls, and systems.
- Assisting in strategic financial planning and risk management.
Requirements
- 5 years of total financial experience, including at least 3 years in accounting (AP/AR, GL, reporting, compliance).
- Solid understanding of financial statements, controlling, and reporting processes.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
- Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial/accounting software (SAP experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
- A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Motivation to grow further in the field of financial controlling and business partnering.
