About the role

  • Overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and internal policies.
  • Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
  • Monitoring cash flow, budgets, forecasts, and variances, providing insights to leadership.
  • Supporting audits, tax filings, and liaising with external financial partners.
  • Implementing and improving financial processes, controls, and systems.
  • Assisting in strategic financial planning and risk management.

Requirements

  • 5 years of total financial experience, including at least 3 years in accounting (AP/AR, GL, reporting, compliance).
  • Solid understanding of financial statements, controlling, and reporting processes.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles (IFRS/GAAP) and regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with financial/accounting software (SAP experience is a plus).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
  • Motivation to grow further in the field of financial controlling and business partnering.
