About the role
- Acquiring new payment card acceptance clients within the assigned territory and managing existing customers within the company’s business portfolio
- Conducting meetings with current and potential clients, building new business relationships, and providing post-sales customer support
- Defining detailed terms of cooperation and ensuring their implementation in compliance with applicable laws and internal company standards
- Preparing reports and commercial offers, monitoring the market and competitors’ activities, and developing long-term business relationships
- Participating in periodic training sessions and meetings organized by the regional office or company headquarters
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in field sales (door-to-door), supported by measurable sales successes
- Valid category B driving license and readiness to travel
- Confident daily use of a computer (Microsoft Office and sales support tools, including CRM systems)
- High personal culture, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to build long-term client relationships
- Excellent time management, independence, goal-oriented mindset, and presentation skills
- Well-developed sales and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of English will be an additional advantage
- At least secondary education
