About the role

  • Support the harmonisation of operational processes to help deliver a smooth and consistent customer experience.
  • Rotate across different departments, gain hands-on experience, and learn from experienced professionals while working on real business challenges.
  • Complete two rotations across departments before transitioning into a landing role where you can continue to grow.

Requirements

  • Graduated within the past 12 months or will graduate in 2026, ideally in Engineering or a Technical field, or a related discipline.
  • Career starter with no more than one year of professional experience.
  • Initial experience gained through structured work or internships in consulting or another relevant field.
  • Curious, proactive, and comfortable coordinating and driving improvements.
  • Based in Italy and fluent in English (mandatory) and Italian.
  • Brings international exposure through studies, work abroad, or collaboration in a global environment.
  • Available to work full-time and can start within the next three months.
  • Have the legal right to work in Italy (e.g. residency or visa).
