About the role

  • Rotate across different parts of the organization to gain a holistic understanding of Paytrail’s business
  • Learn how payment data is generated, processed, and transformed into decision-making
  • Work on real projects with real colleagues — contributing to actual business outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Finance, Sales, Risk Management, Product Development, and Engineering
  • Contribute to the development of data models and structures
  • Ownership of data reliability and usability
  • Building reporting solutions and dashboards
  • Producing analyses that guide business decisions
  • Identifying trends, anomalies and development opportunities in payment data
  • Developing KPIs and metrics together with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Recently graduated (within the past 12 months) or graduating within the next 6 months with a Master’s degree
  • Available to work full-time and having the legal right to work in Finland
  • No more than one year of professional experience
  • Fluent in Finnish and English
  • General or intermediate-level understanding of programming
  • Interest in AI, analytics, software development, data modelling and business value creating
  • Enjoy solving problems and understanding how data creates value
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment and are eager to take ownership
  • International mindset through studies, work, or global collaboration
