About the role

  • Acquiring new payment card merchants in the designated area and servicing current customers under the company's business care in the assigned territory
  • Conducting meetings with current and potential clients, establishing new business relationships, and providing after-sales customer service
  • Specifying detailed terms of cooperation and executing them in accordance with legal regulations and the company's standards
  • Preparing reports, commercial offers, monitoring the market and competitors' activities, and developing business relationships
  • Participating in periodic training sessions and meetings organized by the regional office or company headquarters

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven success in direct sales in the Fintech industry
  • At least secondary education
  • Valid category B driving license and willingness to travel
  • Proficient use of computers in daily work (Microsoft Office and other sales network applications, e.g., CRM)
  • High personal culture, ease in establishing contacts and building long-term customer relationships, excellent time management, independence, and goal-oriented approach, ability to deliver presentations
  • Highly developed sales and negotiation skills
  • Fluent knowledge of Polish language, knowledge of English will be an additional advantage
