About the role
- Take ownership of pricing for the Swedish SME customer segment to meet financial targets and portfolio margins
- Create pricing solutions for new products and bundled service packages balancing competitiveness and profitability
- Develop and execute repricing plans for existing customers to align with financial and strategic goals
- Analyse the performance of the SME portfolio to understand trends, reduce churn, and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with local and Nordic pricing, marketing, and sales teams to implement pricing tools, processes, and model changes
- Present business cases and pricing strategies and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Drive best practices in pricing intelligence and stay ahead of market trends to maximize opportunities in the Swedish market
Requirements
- A degree in finance, economics, mathematics, statistics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of relevant work experience in pricing, controlling, or a similar analytical role
- Experience in payments or financial services is a plus
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VBA skills are a bonus)
- Proficient in PowerPoint and presentation skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to interpret data to draw actionable conclusions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English
