About the role
- Continuous development and implementation of TPRM Policy, Procedure and Standards.
- Performing risk assessments on third-parties together with Contract Owners.
- Participating in contractual negotiations with key vendors/critical vendors and advise on risk mitigation and acceptance.
- Performing 2nd line controls of the TPRM Process.
- Performing 2nd line credit controls.
- Continuous development and implementation of Operational Risk Management framework.
- Perform the Enterprise Risk Management assessment, define mitigating actions and follow-up.
Requirements
- Experience in developing and implementing risk management frameworks.
- Regulatory understanding (outsourcing in particular).
- Technical flair and understanding and experience with IT contracts.
- Hands-on experience with DORA and/or Third Party Risk Management will be a plus
- Strong people leader skills.
- Analytical skills.
- Self-driven and ability to take ownership ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills necessary for interaction with business leaders and teams across all levels of the organisation.
- Knowledge of the financial services industry and payment processing industry.
- Degree in law or economics.
- At least 8 years of relevant work experience.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
