About the role
- Provide technical support to resolve problems and incidents, ensuring quality and timely service.
- Perform tests in the client environment to reproduce and identify the root cause of reported issues, analyzing and acting on evidence of technical or functional incidents to ensure accurate handling.
- Contribute to the development of training materials for users and team members and support the maintenance of the research library and knowledge management.
- Keep all team tickets properly identified, with an assigned owner and recorded in the appropriate workflow.
- Analyze objects, data and error logs, and verify the system version installed at the client site.
- Manage tickets in backlog and those without an owner, ensuring correct assignment and registration in the proper workflow.
- Document solutions identified during ticket resolution to facilitate future reference in similar situations.
- Handle tickets within the contracted SLA, closing them or routing them to the appropriate department when necessary.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Knowledge of IIS.
