About the role
- Serve as a strategic partner to leaders, supporting people-management decisions;
- Identify business needs and translate them into HR solutions aligned with corporate strategy;
- Lead and monitor performance management, development, succession planning, climate and engagement processes;
- Support organizational change initiatives and the strengthening of company culture;
- Analyze HR metrics and propose strategic action plans;
- Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently across the areas you support;
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources or a related field;
- Previous experience as an HR Business Partner or in a strategic HR role;
- Proven experience working closely with managers and leadership teams;
- Knowledge of core HR subsystems;
- Consultative mindset, clear communication and strong relationship-building skills;
- Business acumen, proactivity and the ability to influence decisions;
