About the role
- Key Account Acquisition & Growth : Identify, target, and onboard high-potential MSOs and Tier 1 accounts.
- Strategic Relationship Management : Serve as the face of our brand.
- Inventory Management : Proactively monitor and manage inventory.
- Portfolio & Promotional Execution : Push the full portfolio of products into key accounts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategy: Team up with marketing and supply chain.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
- 6-8 years of experience in Key Account Management or Strategic Sales.
- Strong familiarity with Asana or similar account tracking software.
- Advanced Excel capabilities.
- Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage priorities effectively under tight deadlines.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
