About the role

  • Responsible for enrollment strategy and day-to-day oversight and effective execution of all operational-level business processes related to domestic and international student recruitment and admissions.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven enrollment strategy to achieve ambitious growth targets
  • Lead the transformation of the university's global marketing and recruitment efforts
  • Collaborate with NewUni executives and university leadership to align enrollment strategies with overall institutional goals

  • Develop a comprehensive scholarship strategy to attract top-tier international talent
  • Foster cross-departmental collaborations to ensure seamless integration of international students into campus life

  • Build and mentor a high-performing, diverse team of enrollment and marketing professionals

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive leadership experience in international education, enrollment management, or related fields
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful international student recruitment strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire diverse, high-performing teams
  • Commitment to ethical practices
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and predictive modeling
