About the role
- Manage and ensure data integrity across all HR systems (HRIS, ATS, payroll).
- Maintain accurate and current employee records within our HRIS (UKG).
- Manage compensation information in HRIS, ensuring data accuracy for reporting and audits.
- Develop, maintain, and analyze HR reports, metrics, and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
- Collect and compile HR data from the HRIS, compensation resources, and labor statistics to support decision-making for HR and business leadership.
- Collaborate with People Partners to develop data-driven solutions for HR challenges.
- Train the team to ensure effective and full utilization of HR systems.
- Conduct market research and salary surveys to ensure competitive compensation programs.
- Analyze internal pay equity, compensation trends, and market data to provide data-driven recommendations.
- Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of new compensation programs, including salary structures, merit increases, and incentive programs.
- Research, design, and manage competitive and fair salary and benefits programs by analyzing market data, conducting job evaluations, ensuring legal compliance, and preparing reports for stakeholders.
- Partner with the Benefits & Payroll Manager to support accurate payroll and benefits processing and act as a backup for payroll coordination when needed.
- Partner with the Benefits & Payroll Manager on the benefit enrollment process and employee experience.
- Collaborate with the Payroll & Benefits Manager to ensure accurate payroll and benefits processing, serving as a backup for payroll coordination as needed.
- Manage the Leave of Absence process in conjunction with the Benefits & Payroll Manager and external vendors.
- Facilitate change management initiatives during periods of organizational expansion or HR system implementations, promoting adoption across both U.S. and international teams.
- Assist the team in evaluating and implementing scalable HR processes, tools, and workflows to support company growth across multiple geographies.
- Use knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws, as well as internal policies to ensure compliance.
- Reports to the VP of People and partners across the People Team focusing on Systems/Data, Total Rewards, and Operations Management.
Requirements
- 5+ years of HR Analyst experience, including experience in a SaaS or tech company
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices across the U.S. (multi-state experience preferred)
- Proven ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and professionalism
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills to interpret data and make informed recommendations
- Expertise in compensation management
- Ability to communicate technical information in an easily understood manner
- Experience as a power user/admin within UKG or other similar HRIS
- Bias to act and drive toward completion
- Proficiency with the Google Suite
- Preferred: Experience with the following tools: Greenhouse, Rippling, Deel
- Preferred: Experience with near and offshore talent (Canada, Philippines, Mexico, Brazil, and or Argentina preferred)
- Preferred: Experience with SOC2 compliance audits
