About the role

  • Invoice verification and execution of payment transactions
  • Support for the head of accounting
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Operational execution of ongoing accounting tasks
  • Account reconciliations and preparatory work for the trial balance
  • Coordination and reconciliation of intercompany transactions (domestic and international)
  • Independent preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
  • Operational reporting and analyses
  • Support with reporting tasks

Requirements

  • Completed commercial/business vocational training
  • Further training and experience in accounting (e.g., WIFI accounting course, advanced accounting/financial accounting course, or similar)
  • Experience in an accounting role (in a company, tax advisor, auditor, etc.)
  • Responsible and conscientious approach to work
  • Willingness to continually pursue personal development
