About the role
- Plan, build, and run integrated, omni-channel campaigns that turn interest into pipeline.
- Lead customer advocacy storytelling through the creation and amplification of customer success stories.
- Manage program plans, timelines and deliverables.
- Create landing pages, emails, social posts, and sales enablement aligned to brand guidelines.
- Run and optimize LinkedIn and Meta campaigns (audience building, creative, copy, budgets, tracking, and reporting).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize messaging, manage program timelines, and ensure successful execution.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B tech marketing (demand gen, field/programs, or integrated campaigns) with measurable pipeline impact.
- Proven end-to-end ownership of omni-channel campaigns and webinars.
- Demonstrated ability to create customer stories and to collate inputs across Sales, Delivery, and leadership.
- Experience using Hubspot, Salesforce, Marketing intent platforms, LinkedIn, Figma, Canva, or equivalent.
- Clear, concise writing and editing skills; comfortable producing on-brand copy and updating decks.
- Excellent project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Assets: Graphic design skills; familiarity with the ServiceNow ecosystem.
