About the role
- Help structure loans
- Subject matter expert – answer guideline and scenario questions
- Training – help train interior and exterior customers
- Operations – help identify any loans that have roadblocks to closing and help remove those roadblocks
- Pipeline Management / Smart Series
- Identify roadblocks in the process and help deliver solutions
- Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
- College Degree – preferable
- Minimum of 5 years of Mortgage Experience
- Minimum 3 years of non-QM experience
- Mortgage Sales or Mortgage Sales assistant - preferable
- Ability to structure loans
- Excellent Organizational Skills
- Good Public Speaking Skills
