About the role

Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies for functional, non-functional, and exploratory testing
Work with tools like Zephyr, JIRA, and TestRail for test case management and reporting
Conduct API, database, and automation testing for backend and frontend validation
Perform performance, security, and accessibility testing to ensure robust software quality
Develop and implement automated test scripts using modern test automation frameworks
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business stakeholders to refine requirements and improve software quality
Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, including Generative AI, AI-driven testing, and automation
Identify gaps in test coverage and drive continuous improvements in testing strategies

Knowledge of programming languages Java or Python
Minimum 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and quality assurance
Strong expertise in Zephyr or equivalent test management tools
Proficiency in functional and non-functional testing, including performance, security, usability, and accessibility testing
Experience in cross-browser and cross-device testing strategies
Knowledge of test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Robot Framework, or similar
Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or equivalent tools
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and cloud-based testing strategies
Experience with AI-driven testing tools and Generative AI applications in test automation is a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail
Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
