• Define vision and roadmap for automated testing and quality engineering at Enumerate.
• Guide architecture and evolution of scalable test automation frameworks.
• Identify and implement AI for intelligent test case generation, self-healing tests, defect prediction, and quality insights.
• Mentor engineers and cross-functional teams on QA best practices and automation adoption.
• Partner with product management, engineering, and delivery coaches to ensure quality across development lifecycle.
• Define quality standards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor and communicate quality health.
• Drive retrospectives and continuous improvement in QA strategy and practices.
• Deliver quality strategy and automation roadmap, automated test frameworks, AI-enhanced QA proofs-of-concept, coaching sessions, and dashboards/reports on quality metrics.
• Work remotely with Enumerate’s distributed teams under a Contractor of Record, project-based engagement.
