About the role
- Define vision and roadmap for automated testing and quality engineering at Enumerate.
- Guide architecture and evolution of scalable test automation frameworks.
- Identify and implement AI for intelligent test case generation, self-healing tests, defect prediction, and quality insights.
- Mentor engineers and cross-functional teams on QA best practices and automation adoption.
- Partner with product management, engineering, and delivery coaches to ensure quality across development lifecycle.
- Define quality standards, KPIs, and reporting mechanisms to monitor and communicate quality health.
- Drive retrospectives and continuous improvement in QA strategy and practices.
- Deliver quality strategy and automation roadmap, automated test frameworks, AI-enhanced QA proofs-of-concept, coaching sessions, and dashboards/reports on quality metrics.
- Work remotely with Enumerate’s distributed teams under a Contractor of Record, project-based engagement.
- Reports to Diego Oliveira.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a QA Automation Lead, QA Manager, or Senior Test Architect.
- Demonstrated ability to define and execute QA strategies at an organizational or program level.
- Deep expertise in automated testing frameworks, CI/CD integration, and modern software delivery practices.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with distributed/remote teams.
- Solid understanding of software development life cycles and quality processes.
- Experience implementing AI-driven QA solutions (preferred).
- Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and testing strategies for distributed systems (preferred).
- Background in testing AI/ML-enabled applications (preferred).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence leadership (preferred).
