About the role
- Own and manage defined workstreams within one to two larger strategic programs
- Monitor milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
- Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams
- Ensure tasks are clearly scoped, assigned, and progressing according to plan
- Maintain project plans, status updates, and RAID logs
- Prepare weekly status updates and proactively surface risks or potential delays
- Identify execution risks and escalate appropriately to stakeholders
- Support tracking of mitigation plans and critical dependencies
Requirements
- 3–6+ years of experience in program or project management
- Proven ability to lead and support cross-functional programs from planning through execution
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with Agile or similar delivery frameworks
