Own and manage Adobe Tag Manager (Launch) for accurate data collection and tracking
Design and maintain tagging strategies that scale across multiple properties and platforms
Collaborate with developers and marketers to ensure proper tagging across web properties
Perform rigorous QA for standard marketing pixels (Facebook, Floodlights), custom pixels (e.g., podcasts, IoT ads), and server-side pixels
Troubleshoot and QA tag deployments and data layer configurations
Support content authors and developers in managing and optimizing AEM components
Ensure seamless integration between AEM and other marketing platforms
Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target
Develop audience segments and personalized experiences based on behavioral data
Monitor and analyze digital performance metrics using Adobe Analytics and other tools
Create dashboards and reports to communicate findings to stakeholders
Partner with marketing, product, and engineering teams to align technology with business goals
Provide training and documentation for internal teams on platform usage and best practices

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in digital marketing technology or web analytics
2 years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud tools (AEM, Launch, Target, Analytics)
Strong understanding of tag management systems and data layers
Proficiency in web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, CSS) is a plus
Analytical mindset with experience in data visualization and reporting
Excellent communication and project management skills
Preferred Certifications: Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Experience Manager Sites, Adobe Certified Expert – Adobe Target, Google Tag Manager or other TMS certifications
