About the role
- Lead paid performance marketing strategy and programs to drive high-quality acquisition and revenue growth
- Own paid search, social, display, media, programmatic and emerging digital channels
- Manage a multi-million $ annual media budget with focus on MRR, Spend/MRR, and MER efficiency
- Define and develop acquisition strategies across paid channels
- Be the owner for paid performance dashboards, layered on systems like GA4, GV360, TradeDesk, Adobe, SFDC
- Lead and mentor a global team of paid media professionals
Requirements
- Typically, 10+ years in digital marketing
- Proven track record of scaling digital marketing initiatives in a high-growth environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in harnessing AI platforms and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, Adobe stack, Ahrefs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
