About the role

  • Support rollout of planning processes and analytic tools across segments
  • Drive adoption of SAP IBP and related planning technologies
  • Facilitate S&OP maturity improvements and connect processes to brand models
  • Deliver training and education for demand and supply planners on SAP ECC, IBP, and advanced analytics
  • Ensure full adoption and refinement of PowerBI dashboards and KPI reporting
  • Collaborate with Data Science to improve insights and decision-making tools
  • Act as the point of contact for capability delivery in global initiatives
  • Identify gaps in planning execution and propose solutions to enhance efficiency and compliance

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain, Business, or related fields
  • 5+ years of experience in demand or supply planning
  • Prior experience with other large CPG companies preferred
  • Need to be able to communicate with various levels of the organization and provide insights based on facts and data
  • Expertise in SAP ECC, IBP and S&OP processes; experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA)
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel, Copilot, and Power BI
  • Ability to lead training and capability-building initiatives
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
