About the role
- Lead the development of actionable shopper and retailer insights.
- Design and execute primary shopper research using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Synthesize multiple data sources into compelling insights.
- Build clear presentations that communicate insights to sales leadership.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in shopper insights, consumer insights, or a related role supporting sales or commercial teams.
- Demonstrated experience working closely with sales organizations and retail customers.
- Broad experience across quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Proven experience creating customer-ready PowerPoint presentations.
- Strong familiarity with syndicated data sources (e.g., IRI, Nielsen).
