Requirements

  • High School completion or equivalent GED.
  • Proven experience in a retail management role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Solution-oriented.
  • Must be able to work in fragrance-filled environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
