- Create effective schedules to maximize sales and meet payroll targets.
- Support inventory management activities and control expenses.
- Incorporate safety and loss prevention measures into daily activities.
- Achieve or exceed all Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals.
Requirements
- High School completion or equivalent GED.
- Proven experience in a retail management role (2+ years preferred).
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Solution-oriented.
- Must be able to work in fragrance-filled environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
