About the role

  • Lead Materials, Production Scheduling and Customer Service activities, ensuring alignment between production plans and business needs
  • Ensure the integrity of DATASUL data for planning, scheduling and procurement fields
  • Develop and manage detailed production schedules, monitor schedule adherence and ensure order completion
  • Track daily production rates, capacity constraints, molded parts capacity and determine overtime requirements when necessary
  • Identify and report supply issues, inventory variances, anomalies and related cost impacts to relevant stakeholders
  • Provide monthly capacity analysis, forecasts and production plans to Supply Chain, Finance and Manufacturing; support annual budgeting processes
  • Coordinate supplier phasing schedules, review lead times annually and monitor supplier buffer inventory and order confirmations
  • Manage procurement of raw materials to support the production plan, including resin purchases and air freight projections when required
  • Monitor, control and report on inventory performance, including DOH (Days on Hand), safety stock levels, Excess & Obsolete (E&O), monthly turns and cycle count compliance
  • Support new product introductions, component cost setup and quality issue resolution in coordination with QC
  • Develop exception reports and provide analytical and system support to the department
  • Lead administration of the Raw Materials Warehouse Network, including MRO operations and Tool Crib, ensuring compliance with trade and export regulations
  • Oversee inventory valued between USD 10–20 million, ensuring accuracy, reconciliation and positive impact on P&L
  • Manage warehouse safety programs in compliance with corporate and local regulations
  • Develop and manage the annual financial budget, re-forecasts and variance analysis for the area
  • Lead, develop and coach the team, fostering a high-performance culture and building core supply chain competencies
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., S&OP, Customer Service, Customs Compliance) and participate in local and regional projects
  • Maintain strong collaboration with third-party logistics providers and key customers to improve service levels and operational excellence

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
  • Relevant operational experience required, including a track record of increasing leadership responsibility in these roles
  • Strong knowledge of Materials and Warehouse operations
  • Hands-on knowledge of DATASUL (TOTVS ERP) is required
  • Supply Chain metrics, LEAN / Continuous Improvement, Six Sigma, Process Improvement
  • Strong experience across all aspects of supply chain management is preferred
  • Must have strong leadership, team-building and analytical skills to drive a highly productive team
  • Advanced English
