About the role

  • Provide training of warehouse personnel to maintain OSHA, ISO and internal requirement.
  • Assist in the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities and customer satisfaction opportunities for the Distribution area.
  • Evaluate and manage equipment, systems, and facility to improve efficiencies and workflow.
  • Develop plans for resource utilization.
  • Conduct short‑term planning to support shifting priorities and operational demands.
  • Perform ongoing problem‑solving and provide clear communication in a fast‑paced warehouse environment.
  • Identify cost‑reduction opportunities and work to eliminate waste.
  • Clearly communicate business objectives so employees understand how their work contributes to organizational success.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, housekeeping standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a distribution, logistics, or warehouse environment.
  • Strong team orientation, self‑motivation, and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of PkMS and SAP related to warehouse operations.
  • Proficiency with MS Office, including strong Excel skills.
  • Working knowledge of Six Sigma principles, along with strong quantitative, analytical, and process redesign capabilities.
  • Demonstrated project management skills.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, motivation, and employee‑inspiration skills.
