About the role

  • Support the Store Manager in executing roles and responsibilities to deliver an exceptional employee and guest experience and drive sales growth.
  • Assist in building a high-performing team.
  • Support recruitment, hiring, development, inspiration, and retention of top talent.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and ongoing development of team members.
  • Contribute to creating a store environment focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving sales results.
  • Assist in analyzing the business and creating action plans for effective execution.

Requirements

  • High School completion or equivalent GED.
  • Proven experience in a retail management role (2+ years preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Solution-oriented.
  • Must be able to work in fragrance-filled environment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
