About the role
- Support the continual success of Rubbermaid business as a financial analyst.
- Perform accounting-related processes including month-end, budgeting, costing, and reporting.
- Act as liaison for plant financial functions.
- Maintain capital spend projects and ensure reconciliation of receipts.
- Provide timely and accurate reports to internal customers.
- Analyze significant operating variances monthly.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing finance.
- Demonstrated understanding of managerial accounting as it relates to a manufacturing environment.
- Advanced knowledge of PC spreadsheets, databases and mainframe standard cost and inventory systems.
- Strong analytical and technical accounting skills.
- Attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
