About the role

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Newell's Rubbermaid and Quickie cleaning brands supporting the Amazon business
  • Grow the Newell kitchen brands through various business driving activations
  • Execute business objectives to achieve e-originated sales growth across the account
  • Track campaign performance and manage analysis
  • Use internal budget management tools to help submit, track and review business plans
  • Execute forecasting process for optimal in-stock levels
  • Formulate plans to deplete excess inventory
  • Optimize product experience including review generation and detail page optimization
  • Review periodic PDP pages for content accuracy
  • Monthly/weekly/quarterly reconciliation of business invoicing
  • Collaborate with finance teams to manage & optimize spend
  • Enter and update product/promotional information into Amazon’s Vendor Central portal
  • Lead resolution with cross functional partners
  • Collaborate with Customer Strategy and Planning, and Marketing Teams to provide market data to the customer
  • Responsible for successful innovation launches
  • Leverage product mix to improve profitability
  • Complete ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as necessary

Requirements

  • BS/BA or University degree in Business, similar field, or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of direct and firsthand experience in sales and/or channel marketing
  • Willingness to travel 10-20% (actual travel based on business needs)
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to learn and understand key business issues
  • Proven ability to deliver results and manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated integrity and maturity, and a constructive approach to challenges
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Meticulous, operationally focused with a passion for speed and simplicity
  • Takes initiative & brings impeccable follow-up skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills and commitment to teamwork
