About the role

  • Responsible for delivering Marmot and Coleman market share and profit growth
  • Collaborate with sales and internal cross functional partners
  • Broker Sales Management on Coleman with existing Sales Brokers
  • Develop and deliver annual budget
  • Customer P&L Management
  • Subject matter expert for Elastic B2B eCommerce platform

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience with a CPG or durable company
  • Experience managing B2B commerce and Digital Merchandising platform (Elastic) is preferred
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
