About the role
- Responsible for delivering Marmot and Coleman market share and profit growth
- Collaborate with sales and internal cross functional partners
- Broker Sales Management on Coleman with existing Sales Brokers
- Develop and deliver annual budget
- Customer P&L Management
- Subject matter expert for Elastic B2B eCommerce platform
- Support Customer Engagements and Line Review preparations
- Represent the business at trade shows
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 5+ years of experience with a CPG or durable company
- Experience managing B2B commerce and Digital Merchandising platform (Elastic) is preferred
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
