About the role
- Support the development and execution of category strategies and customer engagement plans.
- Assist in preparing Annual Category Management Plans and selling stories.
- Support Sales-led customer meetings with insights and data.
- Help implement go-to-market strategies including pricing and promotions.
- Maintain Commercialization playbooks and assist in tracking performance.
- Gather and analyze market and category data to identify opportunities.
- Provide input on retailer dynamics and support tailored category plans.
- Collaborate with Category Development on storytelling and presentation materials.
- Support Supply Chain forecasting and optimization processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales support, or category management.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
