About the role
- Provide Systems Administration and technical support
- Design, develop, install and maintain Steinhardt Systems and services
- Provide Tier 3 support to Steinhardt technical support team
- Collaborate and coordinate on various projects with internal groups and departments
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 2+ years relevant experience or equivalent combination
- 2+ years MCSA or MCSE preferred
- CompTIA A+ preferred
- Knowledge of Windows and Macs Operating Systems
- Experience administering Windows Server or Linux environment's
- Basic Networking experience
- Working understanding of DNS, Active Directory
