About the role
- Manage and execute minor construction, renovation, and maintenance projects across a multi-building portfolio
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, including scope development, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and compliance
- Manage contracts, change orders, permits, and project documentation
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, clients, and internal teams; lead meetings, resolve issues, and provide regular progress reports
- Support facilities operations by managing maintenance activities, infrastructure issues, and preventive service programs
- Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards (e.g., ADA, OSHA, building codes) and assist with emergency preparedness
- Supervise vendors, consultants, and staff to drive performance and cost efficiency
- Contribute to bidding processes, process improvements, and strategic planning
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of related space management and construction experience
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to consult with a diverse population on space and construction management needs
- Knowledge of standard office software, including a strong knowledge of database and web applications
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
