Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 7 years of HR generalist experience partnering with senior leadership
- Experience leading and developing HR teams
- Deep knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements
- Strong business acumen with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
