About the role

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5–10 years of progressive experience leading multi-site facilities operations, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
  • Proven success achieving cost savings through preventive maintenance and operational optimization
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS and facilities management systems, budgeting, and vendor management
  • Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
