About the role
- Lead a team of regional managers and maintenance professionals across over 75 locations
- Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs that improve reliability and control costs.
- Oversee facility budgets, contracts, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and compliance
- Monitor performance metrics and optimize work order processes for speed and efficiency
- Champion a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement across all facilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5–10 years of progressive experience leading multi-site facilities operations, including 3+ years in a senior leadership role
- Proven success achieving cost savings through preventive maintenance and operational optimization
- Strong knowledge of CMMS and facilities management systems, budgeting, and vendor management
- Exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
