About the role
- Partner with HR leadership to support and implement human resources strategies aligned with organizational mission, vision, and goals
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, orientations, and relationship-building efforts to attract, retain, and engage employees
- Support employee relations by responding to inquiries, redirecting HR-related communications, and collaborating with departments such as payroll, benefits, operations, and safety
- Maintain HR systems and resources, including HRIS data, employee records, policies, procedures, and the employee intranet
- Assist with compliance audits, integration of acquired companies, ad-hoc HR projects, and provide administrative support including recordkeeping, data entry, and file maintenance
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field, with 3+ years of HR or administrative experience preferred
- PHR certification or ability to obtain preferred
- Strong technology skills with the ability to quickly learn new systems and adapt to change
- Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
