Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly and monthly forecasts for the global Go to Market organization
Track and manage operating expenses to ensure alignment with budget and headcount plans
Partner with the FP&A Manager in reviewing monthly spend trends and identifying cost optimization opportunities
Prepare monthly financial reporting and variance analysis between budget and forecast
Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing leaders, providing financial guidance on spend management
Develop financial models and analytical frameworks to evaluate marketing investments

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, business finance, or financial analysis
Strong analytical, quantitative, and Excel/modeling skills
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Clear and effective communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with and influence cross-functional teams
