The therapist in this position will be responsible for conducting remote mental health therapy to working adults.
All direct therapy will be delivered via a virtual platform; therefore the candidate must be comfortable and knowledgeable of teleconferencing applications such as Zoom/Google Meet/WebEx.
Therapist should have previous experience working with adults that present with symptoms such as anxiety, depression, and stress.
Documentation of client goals, treatment progress, and assessments is expected for reporting and measurement of progress at the conclusion of each therapy session.
The candidate will be provided with a NLT email address and calendar which is to be monitored daily for appointments and communications from NLT staff and clients.

Requirements

Active clinical license i.e. LCSW, LPC, LMFT, LMHC
A minimum of 3 years of experience (post internship) providing direct therapy to adults
Available for a minimum of 10 hours per week (evenings and weekends acceptable)
Experience and comfort utilizing Measurement Based Care, administering online assessments, and maintaining thorough SOAP notes via an online platform
Comfortable working in a fast-growth environment and be able to manage multiple assignments/clients
