About the role
- Represent Value Build Homes and New Home Star; guide customers through building/buying process and close sales
- Lead and close sales by supporting customers throughout the home-building/buying journey
- Participate in continuous sales development and training to sharpen skills and product knowledge
- Build brand awareness and drive traffic through local networking and marketing initiatives
- Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities
- Provide community leadership and shape builder decisions through expert-level community management
- Travel periodically to connect with buyers at their properties and operate onsite five days a week
Requirements
- Ability to work 5 days a week onsite, including Saturdays (9am-5pm); Sundays and one weekday off
- Ability to travel periodically to buyers' properties
- 2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and adaptability skills
- Proficiency with presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI-driven tools a plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
- Real estate license not required
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and liability insurance on vehicle
- Legally authorized to work in the U.S.; visa sponsorship not available
- Employment contingent upon a background check
