About the role
- Work directly with clients to learn their goals and establish how the company can meet them
- Regularly meet quotas, goals and other client expectations
- Help clients understand the limits of their budget or resources and meet project deadlines
- Oversee a team to ensure products/services are delivered on time, on budget and to client standards
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate attainment of goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and convert into long-term partnerships
- Present products to prospective clients and provide professional after-sales support
- Remain in frequent contact with clients, respond to complaints, resolve issues, negotiate agreements, and keep sales records
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service role
- Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Ability to meet quotas, goals, and deadlines
- Hours: Hybrid 8am-5pm EST
