About the role

  • Work directly with clients to learn their goals and establish how the company can meet them
  • Regularly meet quotas, goals and other client expectations
  • Help clients understand the limits of their budget or resources and meet project deadlines
  • Oversee a team to ensure products/services are delivered on time, on budget and to client standards
  • Create detailed business plans to facilitate attainment of goals and quotas
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
  • Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and convert into long-term partnerships
  • Present products to prospective clients and provide professional after-sales support
  • Remain in frequent contact with clients, respond to complaints, resolve issues, negotiate agreements, and keep sales records

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service role
  • Knowledge of market research, sales and negotiating principles
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships
  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Enthusiastic and passionate
  • Ability to meet quotas, goals, and deadlines
  • Hours: Hybrid 8am-5pm EST
