About the role
- Inspire and guide a sales team through training, coaching, and consistent support to achieve and exceed sales goals.
- Provide exceptional service by educating homebuyers throughout the home building and purchasing journey.
- Leverage marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, build relationships with local Realtors, and drive customer traffic.
- Collaborate with builder partners to present quarterly business plans and align on community sales goals.
- Maintain a welcoming, top-notch model home environment that enhances the customer experience.
- Continue selling homes and earn commissions while taking on leadership responsibilities.
Requirements
- Must be able to work onsite during business hours, Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm.
- Proven success in new home sales or related sales leadership role.
- 4+ years of professional experience preferred.
- Effective communication, strategic thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for mentorship and coaching to support team development.
- Advanced computer skills, including CRM tools, Zoom, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- PA real estate license required to be obtained within 2-3 months of employment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current liability insurance.
