About the role

  • Inspire and guide a sales team through training, coaching, and consistent support to achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Provide exceptional service by educating homebuyers throughout the home building and purchasing journey.
  • Leverage marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, build relationships with local Realtors, and drive customer traffic.
  • Collaborate with builder partners to present quarterly business plans and align on community sales goals.
  • Maintain a welcoming, top-notch model home environment that enhances the customer experience.
  • Continue selling homes and earn commissions while taking on leadership responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work onsite during business hours, Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 5pm.
  • Proven success in new home sales or related sales leadership role.
  • 4+ years of professional experience preferred.
  • Effective communication, strategic thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for mentorship and coaching to support team development.
  • Advanced computer skills, including CRM tools, Zoom, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • PA real estate license required to be obtained within 2-3 months of employment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current liability insurance.
