About the role
- Oversees accountability of full-service branch and conducts business development to meet branch and bank goals
- Creates and sustains growth by accumulating strong external business partnerships through community involvement and business development
- Motivates, monitors and coaches internal team members and provides consistent ongoing support
Requirements
- Three to five years of experience in the Rochester, NH area market
- Background in retail management and supervisory experience a must
- Must be a strong advocate of relationship selling and quality service
- Previous experience with business development and/or sales
- Thorough knowledge of operating policies, procedures, and regulations governing the operations of the Branch
- Flexibility to open and close branch on a rotational basis to include Saturdays with occasional travel to other branches and departments as needed
