• Advise and guide our Operational managers on issues related to employee relations in line with Company policy and ACAS best practice
• Manage an ongoing generalist caseload including and not limited to - Family Friendly Leave, Disciplinary, Capability, Grievance and Long-Term Sickness
• Manage all administrative paperwork in relation to case work in line with the HR Team SLAs
• Ensure that all HR case data is kept up to date and managed in line with the HR Team SLAs
• Manage a case load of colleagues referred to our Occupational Health Provider, following up with managers and colleagues to embed reasonable adjustments and wellbeing
• Provide support to the Head of the People Team
