About the role
- Lead the evolution and scalability of an Enterprise Design System
- Ensure consistent, high-quality user experiences across products and platforms
- Bridge the worlds of design and development, transforming design principles into robust, reusable, and accessible front-end Figma components
- Collaborate across disciplines—design, engineering, and product—to define resilient, composable assets and patterns that shape how design system consumers build digital experiences
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Human-Computer Interaction, Design, or related field
- 5 years of proven success leading or architecting a component library in a global or enterprise-scale environment.
- Experience with version control (Git), CI/CD, and modular UI frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Expertise in design systems, component libraries, and front-end architecture.
- Strong understanding of scalable UI patterns, responsive design, and WCAG accessibility standards.
- Proficiency in React, Angular, or other modern front-end frameworks.
- Skilled with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Demonstrated ability to construct component APIs that are durable, well-documented, and adaptable.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
