About the role
- Manage opportunities through the entire sales cycle, working with cross-functional teams as necessary, and serve as the primary customer contact for midmarket customers.
- Proactive Lead demand generation activities with existing midmarket customers to expand wallet share of New Era’s strategic solution portfolio.
- Achieve monthly and daily goals:
- Researched and aligned calls per day to existing midmarket customers based on existing solutions and upgrades/upsells/organic growth expectations
- Meetings per Month (phone, virtual) – Target agenda is established prior to meeting. All information notes post-meeting managed within CRM.
- Qualified Opportunities per month
- Develop and cultivate client relationships with both existing and new customers.
- Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
- Update CRM with accurate information regarding customer profiles, opportunity information and contract information.
- Support agreement renewals of midmarket customers with delivered services and solutions, as required
- Participate collaboratively in Sales team meetings, as required
Requirements
- BS in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field preferred
- Proven work experience in business operations, sales operations, or inside sales
- Proven strong analytical and organizational skills
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English through written and verbal channels.
